PHONE BANKING & FAX ON DEMAND

This is an unattended system used for providing 24 hours service to the Bank’s customers for accessing their account information using a telephone instrument or a fax machine.  

User friendly: 

This system announces a Welcome Message, which also helps to identify the correct destination. The system than guides the caller through the various steps necessary to access the required information. There is a voice based interaction with the customer prompting the customer about operations of the system at all times of the services being rendered.

Tele Banking & Fax on Demand service is the most customer friendly, the customer need not go to bank branch he/she can sitting at home or office can receive the information thru the normal phone line and he/she can also get the statement of account by using fax line, it will save lots of time, energy.

We will provide you specific Phone Nos. with the help of which you can avail the following facilities -

1. BALANCE ENQUIRY

2. ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS

   1. LAST 5 TRANSACTONS

   2. Statement of A/c [FROM DATE]

3. INWARD CLEARING CHEQUE DETAILS

   1. Details of Pending cheques – Cheque No., Amount & Date of cheque.

   2. Details of Passed cheques – Cheque No., Amount & Date of cheque.

   3. Details of Returned cheques – Cheque No., Amount & Date of cheque.

   4. Clg cheques summary - No. of cheques recd in I/w Clg & clear Balance,
      Amount to be deposited to honour the cheques.

   5. Details of All Cheques Recd in I/w – Status wise info of cheques to be read
      out (Passed, Unprocessed, Returned) Cheque No., Amount & Date of cheque

   6. Inward Clg details on FAX (Pass, Pending, Return)

4. Details of another account (switch) – If you have multiple account you can switch another.

5. Change of PIN (Personal Identification Number)

6. Fax – To get statements on fax you must dial from the fax line only
